I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with great shower pressure, but it was not suitable for 2 adults and a child. The service was amazingly friendly and helpful, assisting us with cab bookings. The location was great, nested in a small lake area, offering a nice walk. The dining options were a bit limited, and the breakfast choices were unusual. Overall, a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was convenient for the party I attended on Saturday night. The car park was amazing, and the room was large, very comfortable, and wonderfully clean.

I was pleased with the clean, large, and comfortable rooms just before the reception. The hotel was easy to navigate with ample parking close to the rooms. Though the service was not very helpful and occasionally rude, I felt safe, and the staff was fresh as a daisy and very polite and friendly during my stay. The location was convenient, opposite a large shopping center, providing easy access to dining options and entertainment venues. The dining experience was satisfying, especially the fresh and yummy breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable and comfortable overall.
